under our Terms of Service Agreement or any other agreement or policy, or other illegal or harassing
activity.
Collection and Use of IP Addresses
MYRETA automatically receives and records
information from our servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time, and information
about the page you requested. We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track
user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked

MYRETA, you will have
a truncated profile page containing your name, photograph and company. This truncated profile page will
always be publicly available, which means that it is viewable to everyone, including people who have
not joined
MYRETA. It also means that
your truncated profile page can show up in the results of a public search engine.
As a
MYRETA member, you will also have
the option of providing a complete Member profile. In addition to your name, photograph and company,
this complete profile page may include your phone number(s), email(s), address(es), birthday, work history,
biographical information and other information. When you accept someone’s request to join your network,
that person will have access to your complete profile page.
You may also disclose information in online forums, to other users in chats or e-mail, or while otherwise
using public areas within the Site. This information will be public information and you agree that there
is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality in this information.
MYRETA may also provide restricted
areas within the Site that offer confidentiality for a fee. Actions and information that take place
within such restricted areas are private and

Age Restrictions; Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not permit registration by, and will

permanently deleted from our records.
