This User Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a valid, binding contract between you and
MYRETA.com, LLC, a Texas limited liability
company (“MYRETA”), the owner and operator
of the site accessible through www.myreta.com (the “Site”). The information provided on this Site is
provided subject to compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully
as it forms a binding contract between you and
MYRETA . Please print a copy of this agreement for your records.
This Agreement is intended to supplement and not replace the Site’s Terms of Service Agreement. The
Terms of Service Agreement is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Click here to view that contract. To the extent there is any conflict
or contradiction between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Agreement shall take precedence

YOUR USE OF THIS SITE SIGNIFIES AND CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT
AND THE WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT, AS IT MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
FEES

made available on this Site. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize and instruct
us to bill your credit card account for the amount of your subscription fee on a monthly or yearly basis,

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees
associated with using our Site, all applicable taxes and all collection costs and interest for any overdue
amounts. We reserve the right to increase charges and fees, or to institute new charges or fees at any
time, upon reasonable advance notice communicated to you through a posting on this Site, via e-mail
or other means we deem appropriate.
ACCOUNT POLICY
We have the right to refuse orders if we suspect you are in any way involved in fraudulent or illegal
activity on the Site, including, but not limited to, the use of stolen credit cards. MYRETA may contact your payment method issuer, law enforcement,
or others and share information relating to your payments if we believe doing so will prevent a violation
of the law or financial loss.
You agree to be responsible for all payments, fines, penalties and other liabilities incurred by MYRETA that arise out of or relate to payments that you authorized
or accepted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive all claims against MYRETA related to payments unless you submit a claim within thirty
(30) days of the charge or payment.
TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement will become effective upon your acceptance of the Agreement by your use of the Site and
will remain in effect unless terminated. At any time and without notice to you, MYRETA may terminate your use of the Site with or without cause
or notice, including, without limitation, if
MYRETA believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with this Agreement or the Terms
of Service Agreement.
In the event of termination, all representations, warranties, indemnifications, and promises made by
you in this Agreement and the Terms of Service Agreement shall survive. You further agree that all fees
paid by you will be nonrefundable and all outstanding payments will be immediately due. Following any
termination, MYRETA has the right to
send a notice to other Members with whom you have corresponded. You may cancel your account by following
the steps in the applicable Cancellations section below.
MYRETA will attempt to notify you of the termination or suspension of your account by sending an email
to the address provided in your profile. If you are a Document Storage Module member and your account
is terminated or suspended for lack of payment, we will make your stored data available to you in the
format then maintained by MYRETA for a period of thirty (30) days. However, there may be some instances
in which we may terminate your account immediately without notice or opportunity to retrieve stored data,
including without limitation, repeated violations of this Agreement or the Terms of Service Agreement,
concern for the safety of others or a court order. Upon the expiration of thirty (30) days, MYRETA may
delete stored data in the Document Storage Module.MYRETA will have no liability for any loss of data
as a result of the provisions in this paragraph.
MYRETA may also modify or discontinue
providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
MYRETA is not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site,
any modification or termination of the Site, or any loss of content.
RENEWAL POLICY
In order to provide continuous service, MYRETA
automatically renews your subscription(s) on the date your subscription(s) would have expired. Your
renewal will be for the same period of time as the original subscription(s). For example, a one-month
subscription will renew on a monthly basis. You agree that your account is subject to automatic renewal
as described above. You authorize MYRETA
to charge your credit card account now and again at the beginning of any renewal period. If you do not
wish to automatically renew, then please follow the steps in the applicable
Cancellations section below. You agree that your continued use of the Site and/or your lack
of cancellation reaffirms that MYRETA
is authorized to renew your subscription(s).
Upon renewal, if MYRETA does not receive
payment, then you agree that MYRETA
may either terminate or suspend your subscription(s) until payment is received. Your new subscription
period will begin on the date your payment is received.
CURRENT INFORMATION
You must provide current, complete and accurate billing information. You agree to promptly notify MYRETA if your payment information
has changed (such as change in address or expiration date), if your payment method has been cancelled
or if you become aware of a breach of security. You agree that you are responsible for fees that accrue
under your account. You also authorize MYRETA
to obtain updated information from your payment issuer; however, you agree that MYRETA has no obligation to do so.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel at any time during the term of your subscription period by emailing us a written notice
of termination at [email protected] within ten (10) business days of your next renewal period. When you
complete cancellation, your subscription will terminate at the end of the subscription term for which
you have paid, and you will not receive any refund.
STATE LAW
You may have certain termination and refund rights under applicable state law in addition to those outlined
in this Agreement. We encourage you to seek the advice of local counsel if you would like more information
on your rights under applicable state law.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Under certain subscriptions, you may choose to interact with other
MYRETA Members in a confidential manner. In other words,
MYRETA will provide you a private forum. The Members with whom you choose to communicate
are left to your sole discretion. In addition, the terms of any confidential communications are the
sole responsibility of the Members involved.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF SERVICE
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE
TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE NO WARRANTY;
DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY PROVISIONS.
