The website located at www.MYRETA.com is owned and operated by MYRETA.com, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“MYRETA”). MYRETA created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of your personal information. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site (the “Site”). By accessing, using or registering with the Site you accept our privacy practices, as outlined in this Policy.

  • the content in MYRETA ’s public areas
Except as provided in this Policy, we do not disclose or sell any non-public personal information about you to anyone except as permitted by law or when required by subpoena or other legal process; however, we may Chose to disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, with MYRETA ’s affiliates, related programs or other trusted entities, organizations or persons for the purpose of processing personal information in connection with the Site’s objective and for marketing efforts. We require that these parties agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
As we develop our business, we may buy or sell some or all of our assets and, depending on the transaction, your personally identifiable information may be one of the transferred assets. Similarly, if MYRETA should ever merge with or be acquired by another company, we may share your personal information with any entity resulting from such transaction and if MYRETA should ever file for bankruptcy, the bankruptcy trustee has the right to sell the information you provide to us to a third party.

For California residents:
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, if you are a California resident and MYRETA has an established business relationship with you, you have the right to request information from MYRETA, free of charge, regarding the manner in which MYRETA shares certain categories of your personal information with third parties (whether collected online or offline), for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.   • “Third Party” means:
    • a business that is outside the MYRETA family, and
    • affiliates of MYRETA.
You will notice that the “third parties” listed in this notice may include MYRETA affiliates. These affiliates are listed as “third parties” because, under Section 1798.83, any business that is a separate legal entity must be listed as a “third party.”
This same California law permits MYRETA to provide you, in response to your written request, with a cost-free means to Chose not to have your information shared rather than providing the above described information.

Abuse of Terms of Service Agreement
You authorize us to disclose any information about you with our attorneys, law enforcement, or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, violation of obligations to us under our Terms of Service Agreement or any other agreement or policy, or other illegal or harassing activity.
Collection and Use of IP Addresses
MYRETA automatically receives and records information from our servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time, and information about the page you requested. We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Cookies/Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, log files, clear gifs, web beacons or other technology. We may use these technologies in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:

The Member who created the account is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their unique password and account information at all times.

Choice / Opt Out
If you wish to opt out of receiving e-mails, you can select the “unsubscribe” link in our e-mail correspondence. You may Chose to delete your account at any time. However, the information that you disclosed in public areas may remain after your account is deleted.
Security
We use what we believe to be appropriate procedures to protect information against unauthorized access and disclosure. Third Party Advertisements
MYRETA may permit advertisements to be placed on the Site by various third party companies. We do not permit these companies to collect any personal information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address. However, these companies may set and use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or other technologies to collect your IP address, anonymous information about you, and may otherwise aggregate and analyze that data.
Your Disclosure of Personal Information within the Site
When you join MYRETA, you will have a truncated profile page containing your name, photograph and company. This truncated profile page will always be publicly available, which means that it is viewable to everyone, including people who have not joined MYRETA. It also means that your truncated profile page can show up in the results of a public search engine.
As a MYRETA member, you will also have the option of providing a complete Member profile. In addition to your name, photograph and company, this complete profile page may include your phone number(s), email(s), address(es), birthday, work history, biographical information and other information. When you accept someone’s request to join your network, that person will have access to your complete profile page.
You may also disclose information in online forums, to other users in chats or e-mail, or while otherwise using public areas within the Site. This information will be public information and you agree that there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality in this information.
MYRETA may also provide restricted areas within the Site that offer confidentiality for a fee. Actions and information that take place within such restricted areas are private and MYRETA will not disclose them to others on the Site. Age Restrictions; Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not permit registration by, and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information, from anyone under 13 years of age. If MYRETA obtains actual knowledge that it has obtained personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be permanently deleted from our records.
Right to File a Complaint

Changes to Privacy Policy
We may occasionally change this Privacy Policy. If we do, MYRETA will provide you notice by placing a “Notice of Modification” link on the homepage for a 30-day period following the initial posting on the Site. You agree that you will continue to be bound by this Policy, however and whenever it is updated, revised, supplemented, modified, or amended, if you thereafter continue to use the Site. The changes will take effect as soon as posted.
